Michael Kershaw
Michael Kershaw started Decus Sports Management in 2025 with the vision to help athletes excel in and out of competition. Michael comes from a sports background in playing D1 Football for the LSU Tigers, College Football Coaching Experience, Closing Sponsorship Deals, and Marketing & Promotion. He is also backed by his degree in Sports Administration from LSU and a Manager
(MMA & Boxing) License.
